Inquiry: Hauora Circle map

LI: To create a circle map with the information about our learning

The above google draw showcases the circle map with information about my learning before and after the discussion of the topic under inquiry. The circle map was very useful as it makes my information easily visible and separates the two different topics. I didn't really know much about hauora except the fact that it is a maori word for health and is very unique to New Zealand. I came to know a lot about the four walls Taha Tinana, Taha Wairua, Taha Hinengaro and Taha Whanau which are equally significant for a happy life. Completing this task was very knowledgeable and I really enjoyed completing it.

  1. Greetings Sakshi,

Wow! you have really done a good part of expressing how much you have learnt about Hauora. I have also done something like this on my blog. Yes I totally agree that Hauora, is something special to New Zealand. Next time try to add why it is important to have all 4 walls standing.

What was the most interesting thing that you learnt?

    Good Job!

    1. Greetings Sulia,
I am glad you liked reading my blog post. That was really an important point. Thank you for advising me I would make sure I add all the required information next time. I found interesting that Hauora can be related to a whare which also needs all its four walls to stay standing and which are equally significant. Thank you for an amazing feedback and commenting on my blog.

  3. Kia Ora Sakshi,

I really did enjoy reading your post. It was very descriptive, and was really high quality work. I like how in your blurb, you talked about your journey before and after learning Hauora, and your DLO showcases and backs up the things you've said in your blurb. Its a really good post!

Have you known anything that was similar to Hauora before?

    Great Job Sakshi!

  4. Hi Sakshi

I really enjoyed reading your DlO and your adventure that has helped you learn more than before about Hauora. Good Job on showing what you learnt after and before about Hauora. This is an example of a great high standard blog post that shows a really attractive blurb that can hook people into reading your blog post.

Did you know more than 3 or 4 facts about Hauora?

    Keep the great blogging.
