LI: Keeping Fit and Healthy in the Holidays
This collage showcases the pictures of the workout I did in a fun manner. In this challenge I had spelled my name and each letter had its own workout. The most difficult exercise for me were the burpees as i had to do it 60 times. However ,I enjoyed doing this activity.
Well Done Sakshi!
ReplyDeleteJust like you, I don't really like doing burpees. I really like that you had a NO EXCUSES list on your DLO. Do you do these exercises everyday or was it a one time challenge?
Mrs Millward
Thank you for your feedback Ms Millward. I did these exercises for a week then we got a daily fitness challenge in our distance learning to stay fit. So I do these exercises everyday. I am glad you loved reading my blog.
ReplyDeleteHi Sakshi
ReplyDelete60 burpees is certainly a lot to do! Well done for not giving up. I really like the way you have shown us what your challenge looked like in both pictures and words. The hardest exercise I had that day was my 15 push ups, that was way too many for me. If you did this exercise challenge again what changes would you make? I definitely won't be using any word that has an R in it because that means more push ups.
Mrs Anderson
Thank you for your amazing feedback and I am glad you loved reading my blog. Those 60 burpees were very hard and my whole day was very tiring because of the heavy exercise I did that day. Next time I will surely not take burpees and will try not to choose a word with the letter S.
DeleteWOW - what stamina you have Sakshi...
ReplyDeleteI'll stick with my 30 minutes on my cross-trainer I thik and a long walk at the weekend with my son. Are there any alternative exercises you would like to include next time?
Good morning Ms. Collins
DeleteI am glad you liked my blog. There would be many exercises I would like to include next time. Before such a heavy workout I would prefer some basic exercise of our shoulders and neck which would prevent the pain at the end. I know this because last time it was very tiring at the end.
