LI: To create a Summer Song using song maker with my whānau.
The above piece of music is the fourth task for this week of the Summer Learning Journey that I have completed today. For this Kick Start activity I started by watching the introduction video that explained the challenge, which was to create a song or tune on song maker depicting summer. This was the first time I heard any such thing and as I came to know more about this site I kept on loving to make songs on it. I then watched youtube tutorials for famous songs and even made a couple of them. Once I had some knowledge of songs and instruments I created a tune I liked and then decided to write summer which will add some notes at the same time. I loved completing this task because I came to know about this amazing site and also got a chance to compose my own music. I am excited to do the second part of this activity as it will be showing the same tune but with some little changes.

ReplyDeleteGreat work on your song, it's very fast paced almost building up tension like somethings about to happen. That's so cool to learn about your process and how you practiced by making some previous songs before making your brand new one. This is quite a cool website to play around with.
